Bilateral Agreements

Currently, the following bilateral agreements are signed between Belarus and Ireland:

  • Exchange of Notes between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of Ireland in Respect of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations (17 April 1992).
  • Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of Ireland on Air Transport (Minsk, 1 April 1993).
  • Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of Ireland on the conditions of recuperation of minor citizens from the Republic of Belarus in Ireland (Minsk, 23 February 2009).
  • Convention between the Republic of Belarus and Ireland for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income and on Capital (Dublin, 3 November 2009).
