Ambassador of Belarus Sergei Aleinik paid a working visit to Manchester

On 3 – 4 October 2017 Ambassador of Belarus to the United Kingdom Sergei Aleinik paid a working visit to Manchester. During the visit S.Aleinik attended the Conference of the ruling Conservative party, held meetings in the City Council and in the Transport for Greater Manchester.

During the meeting with the Lord Mayor of Manchester Councillor Eddy Newman sides discussed prospects of bilateral regional cooperation, in public transportation, education and culture, innovative, scientific, technical and biotechnologies areas.

With the Executive Director of the Transport for Greater Manchester Michael Renshaw the sides discussed actual issues of development of cooperation in the use of modern public electric transport in the context of Michael Renshaw's visit to Minsk in September 2017 and visiting to OJSC “Belkommunmash” and CJSC “Stadler”.
