Electronic digital signature: new opportunity to conclude foreign trade contracts online

From 1 January 2021, Export.by export support information portal offers an opportunity to conclude foreign trade contracts online using electronic digital signature (EDS). This mechanism makes it possible to buy and sell goods, services and technologies listed in catalogues completely in paperless format. Before using the mechanism, the parties must obtain an EDS and register on the Export.by portal.

To simplify the work of non-resident companies of the Republic of Belarus in the COVID-19 pandemic conditions, as well as to increase Belarus’ export potential the National Centre for Marketing made it possible to remotely issue EDS public key certificates to non-residents of the Republic of Belarus.
